HAVE YOU EVER EATEN GATOR, Elk OR WILD BOAR? Well this may be your big chance! Join us, under the oaks on the lawn of the Historic Mote Morris House Thursday, October 25th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for Beast Feast 2019! Beast Feast is an annual all you can eat feast featuring a great variety of exotic and unusual meats, along with fresh oysters and comfort food casseroles and non-alcoholic beverages, presented by the Professional Firefighters of Leesburg Local 2957 benefiting the Leesburg Center for the Arts.

Tickets are $25 for adults, in advance, $30 at the door. Children under 5 eat free and tickets for those 12 and under are $13.00.

Join Steve Bedell, Portrait Artist-Photographer, on a journey of personal introspection and a project that created both powerful images and made a lasting impact on the lives of many.  The Forgotten Generation came about because of one single ‘Eureka’ moment that turned into a quest to create portraits of senior citizens at St Ann Home in Dover NH.  It resulted in a wonderful outpouring of thanks, coverage by newspapers and TV stations, an exhibit for the home and much more.

Art Lounge SHARE - Creative's Showcase

Central Florida's only Creative's Showcase, far beyond an Open Mic.
Every 3rd Wednesday at the Leesburg Center For the Arts I MC this unique event. We turn the center into a low lit lounge. The stage lights come on and the sound system and big screen go into use as people get up and present their talents. Some sing, others play acoustic music, some read chapters of their books, show multimedia of their artistic works (film, photos, images of paintings, etc.). Similar to an open mic there's a sign-in board for time slots.

Quilts of Valor provides the healing power of quilts to our veterans. All the veteran needs to do is request one through the foundation's website. Over 200,000 quilts in 50 states have been carefully handmade and presented to our service men and woman. The organization's motto is "Quilting to Honor & Comfort."
