Haiku Jam - Coffee & Convos in the Gallery

HaikuJAM is a social writing game where strangers make haiku poems together. It can be played in the HaikuJAM app but we will be doing it in group, in person, as part of a Creative Sparks activity.

What is a HAIKU? "Haiku" is a traditional form of Japanese poetry. Haiku poems consist of 3 lines. The first and last lines of a Haiku have 5 syllables and the middle line has 7 syllables. The lines rarely rhyme.

Need some fun examples? Check out these haikus for cats. https://www.netfunny.com/rhf/jokes/02/Dec/haiku.html

COFFEE & CONVOS is a new way to connect at the LCFA each Friday at noon. The aim is to Learn, Share, Connect. It's laid back and casual. There's a new topic each week but feel free to take an adventurous detour.
